The inspiration for the creation of I CAN Eat It, is due to one of us being gluten intolerant and the difficulty of finding quality, good tasting products currently available on the market.
We decided as a team to embark on the search for better gluten-free goods.
We found them and we were too excited to keep them to ourselves.
Our goal is to provide high quality, specialty foods to those who need to eat a special diet due to being diagnosed with certain medical conditions.
